Yes! I’m lucky to have a few family members and friends in the medical field, who have taught me how to do that. It’s scary. It also goes against my nature, since I’m not someone who’s loud or pushy, but unfortunately that is necessary.

I switched practitioners right after that experience, and my current doctor is way, way better. It's sad how common this is, though.
