I’m taking this as the sign I needed to keep writing the way I write, especially during times when I feel that even Substack has started to move too fast for the way I want to live, write, create, and move through the world.

Yes! I love this. It's how I'm looking at my writing now, too. I want to be here in this space n a way that honors who I am and the cadence of my life, my days. Without planning to, I stepped back this past month. Too many things happening at the same time, I needed to prioritize my energy and focus.
